Hours and Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone. We will do our best to find a time for you as soon as possible. Our clinic and adjusting hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 7 – 11 a.m. and Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons from 3 – 6 p.m. Additional times for emergency visits and new patients are available by appointment.
Insurance Coverage
We are in-network providers for all insurance companies. We will be more than happy to process and submit all forms to help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the chiropractic treatment you need and want.
Self-Funded Care
Do you have limited insurance coverage, a high deductible or co-pay, or no insurance at all? If so, we have reduced-rate, self-funded plans designed specifically for you. In fact, most patients in our office nowadays are on one of our self-funded plans. Family plans are also available. Just call and we can go over your options.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
